Having resided along the coastline of Newport Beach for more than 25 years, Dani Gold offers a firsthand perspective on the area’s communities and homes – and having called residential real estate her profession for more than 13 years with over $250 million in sales during that time – she complements that perspective with invaluable experience.
“In addition to my experience as a real estate professional, I’m a seasoned business owner — I started a winery from the ground up, then successfully sold it,” Dani stated. “I pride myself on an ability to think outside the box, remain organized at all times, and get creative when the going gets tough.”
At Surterre Properties®, Dani has access to our inimitable support system that’s marked by our team-oriented working environment. In addition, Dani and her clients benefit from our wealth of amenities, including an award-winning, full-service in-house advertising studio and cutting-edge industry technology, allowing for a heightened level of opportunity, plus a higher standard when it comes to the overall experience of buying or selling a home.
“Surterre’s reputation, leadership and culture are very important to me, as they ultimately equate to a better experience for my clients,” she said. “Their commitment to sustainability is also something I hold near and dear.”
Currently, Dani sits on the board of directors for Orange County Coast keeper, an organization that works to improve our water quality in the local bays, streams and oceans.
