Jigsaw Ranch,comprised of two separate parcels in the Castle Creek Valley, combined were listed for $47.5 million and sold for $41 million. The main residence, a stunning mountain contemporary 44 acre view estate, sold for $27,000,000. The creekfront residence on 23 acres sold for $14,000,000. This estate had not changed hands in 37 years.
