Initial efforts to focus on establishing master franchise agreements in Asia-Pacific region
CUPERTINO, CA (SEPTEMBER 18, 2009) – Intero International Franchise Services, LLC, (“Intero”), a sister company of Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., one of the fastest-growing and most innovative brokerages in the industry, announced today the engagement of the United States Department of Commerce to advance the Intero brand’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. The Department’s Commercial Service will begin assisting Intero in Singapore beginning this month.
Intero previously announced master franchise opportunities in Hong Kong and is in the process of meeting with real estate entrepreneurs, agency owners and top agents across the region who are interested in creating successful, high-growth real estate operations in their markets.
