Technology Guru is Featured Speaker at National Luxury Real Estate Event

Realtor Aaron Wheeler shares technology tips to help realtors stand apart from the pack.

January, 2009-- Real estate professionals working in luxury home markets gathered for a one-day advanced training session for members of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) held earlier this month in Houston (TX). Aaron Wheeler, the principal broker of Oakville Properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, spoke to top luxury agents from across the U.S., sharing specific tools and tips for using technology in their real estate practices.

“Affluent consumers are early adopters of technology and expect their real estate professionals to be techno-savvy as well,” said ILHM Founder Laurie Moore-Moore. “Working in the luxury market requires that you have a full technology toolbox. According to Wheeler, there are many sources of great information about the use of technology in real estate, but no sources specifically focus on the benefits of technology for the luxury market. “Luxury clients have unique demands,” quotes Wheeler, “and they call for exceptional marketing of their properties.
